🔁 Return and Refund Policy – ​​Luméa

At Luméa , your satisfaction is our priority. If a product doesn't suit you, you have a legal deadline to return it. Here are the terms of our return and refund policy.

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for your decision .

To exercise this right, you can contact us at contact@lumea-boutique.fr , specifying your order number and the products concerned.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product:

  • must be new, unused, undamaged

  • must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, instructions and any gifts offered

  • must not show any signs of wear or improper opening (particularly for care devices)

The return is the responsibility of the customer , except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product upon receipt.

3. Non-refundable products

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used, such as:

  • Care products in direct contact with the skin (e.g.: LED mask used)

  • Personalized items

4. Return procedure

  1. Contact us at contact@lumea-boutique.fr to request a return

  2. Wait for validation and return instructions

  3. Return the package to the address that will be communicated to you

  4. Keep proof of sending (required for any refund)

5. Reimbursement period

Once the product has been returned and inspected, Luméa undertakes to refund you within 14 working days of receipt of the package.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase .

6. Defective product or order error

If you receive a defective item or product error, we will cover all return and exchange costs . Contact us immediately upon receipt at contact@lumea-boutique.fr , with photos if necessary.

7. Return address

The return address will be provided to you by email after validation of your request. No returns will be accepted without prior validation.
