📝 General Conditions of Sale – Luméa

These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the contractual relations between the Luméa store, operated by Mehdi Ouali , and any person making a purchase via the site www.lumea-boutique.fr .

2. Products

The products offered are those presented on the website www.lumea-boutique.fr . Each product is accompanied by a detailed description. The photographs are as faithful as possible, but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product received (particularly with regard to colors).

3. Price

Prices are listed in euros, including all taxes. Luméa reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once the order has been validated and payment made, a confirmation email is sent. Luméa reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute with the buyer.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via the following secure means:

  • Other methods offered at the time of payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. No order will be shipped until full payment is received.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped within 24 to 72 business hours after order confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Luméa cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to the carrier or due to force majeure.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

To do this, please contact us at contact@lumea-boutique.fr . Products must be returned unused and in their original condition . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the case of an error on our part.

8. Refunds

In the event of a validated return, Luméa will proceed with the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, via the initial payment method.

9. Guarantees

All products sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee of hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).

10. Liability

Luméa cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage, product unavailability, or force majeure. Use of the products is the buyer's responsibility. It is recommended to follow the usage instructions.

11. Personal data

Luméa is committed to respecting the confidentiality of personal data provided by its customers. The information collected is only used for order management and commercial communications, in accordance with its privacy policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, products, etc.) is the exclusive property of Luméa. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

13. Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
